Seascape Technology delivers professional underwater propeller cleaning and polishing to maximize propulsion efficiency and fuel savings. Using diver-operated hydraulic polishing machines with graded abrasive discs, we remove marine fouling, surface roughness, and cavitation marks, restoring the blade surface to a mirror-smooth finish up to Rupert Scale A.
This high-standard finish minimizes turbulence and vibration, enhances thrust, and reduces strain on shafts, bearings, and seals. Regular polishing not only improves vessel performance and lowers emissions, but also extends the service life of critical propulsion components—keeping your vessel efficient, reliable, and compliant without the need for drydocking.
Seascape Technology deploys a proprietary technique to consistently deliver a propeller polished better than Rupert A+ standard. We are able to deliver a consistent 0.2 micron surface roughness.
